We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced e-Discovery Project Manager for our Data Solutions Group.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-4 year’s experience in e-discovery project management.
  • Experience completing tasks on ediscovery platforms such as Relativity.
  • Experience managing review teams and tracking outputs.
  • Experience managing multiple projects to completion simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Data Solutions Group. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Head of our Data Solutions Group and will work on a variety of different projects including discovery reviews, Data Subject Access Requests and Regulatory Investigations.

THE CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring that they meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Supervision of collections process, design of workflows and all steps to production under the supervision of senior team members.
  • Supervision of review team members including oversight of quality control and ensuring key deadlines are met at all stages during a project.
  • Liaising with internal legal teams in relation to the review and implementation of key decisions regarding workflows and processes.
  • Preparation of key reports and progress updates for internal legal teams and clients.
  • Preparation of fee estimates and management of project budgets and ensuring financials are tracked accurately and reported at agreed intervals throughout the project.
  • Ensuring senior team members are fully briefed on all stages of a project.
  • Supporting development of the team including identification of opportunities for growth, providing demonstrations of review platforms as required and development of customised workspaces and workflows for particular mandates.
