REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, establish timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that arise.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure all project components are coordinated and integrated.
• Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and maintain alignment with team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure that project documentation is maintained, including scope statements, project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging professional development and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project outcomes and identify lessons learned for future projects.
