Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity to join Emma and our Product Development team!
As a Project Manager, you will drive the product development of our sleep products (mattresses, beds, and textile accessories) from the ideation process to the approval of the final specifications. Positioned at the core of our Product Teams, you’ll have a direct impact on driving Emma’s growth.\uD83D\uDE80

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop the products to push the boundaries of what is possible for superior sleep.
  • Coordinate product development in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers worldwide.
  • Define the product specifications (incl. target costing) and co-innovate together with partners from all around the world the products of the future through different iterations.
  • Monitor and report on all aspects of the projects including progress, project profitability, and risks.
  • Coach, mentor and supervise younger team members on different projects.
  • Apply a customer-centric and agile approach to your projects.
  • Make sure to meet the deadlines while keeping the costs on track.
