ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

McDougall Energy is looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management Office & Continuous Improvement team on a 12-month contract as we endeavour on an exciting ERP transformation project. Reporting to the PMO & CI Manager, the Project Manager will play a vital role in working alongside our project team implementing brand new technology with deep process transformation across the company. This role requires someone who is motivated, thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at collaboration, has a strong attention to detail, and possesses strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities of this challenging yet rewarding role include:

  • Develop and maintain project management documents such as budgets, schedules, and plans.
  • Update project plans and provide detailed progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings and project logistics.
  • Assign tasks to team members and ensure understanding of project expectations.
  • Ensure resources are available for timely task completion.
  • Gather business requirements and define project timelines.
  • Organize financial files and execute administrative tasks.
  • Coordinator program procurement process and resource allocation.
  • Liaise between PMO and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project process and team performance.
  • Schedule stakeholder meetings and generate reports.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration.
  • Provide additional support in Business Analysis and Project Management as required.
