WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• M.Sc. or D.Sc. in physics, chemistry or electrical engineering (or similar)
• Very strong know-how in the fields of MEMS, microelectronics/integrated circuits technology, design of MEMS devices and/or their manufacturing technology.
• Experience and drive for generating project proposals and drawing up project consortiums for national and international funding
• Strong experience in R&D project management
• Ability to manage a projects involving experts from materials physics, device design, manufacturing processes and characterization.
• Fluent skills in spoken and written English

• Managing and acquiring both jointly funded and customer R&D projects in the field of novel micro-electro-mechanical sensors & systems (MEMS) and their materials and manufacturing technology with ambitious goals
• You will be responsible for preparing project proposals and partner & customer communication including technical discussions and planning with experts.
• You can also contribute technically to the projects
