POSITION MISSION AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day implementation of projects in the MENA region that support locally-led research and response for digital resilience.
The successful candidate must demonstrate proven management experience leading challenging projects in the Middle East and North Africa region. Management experience must encompass workplan development and delivery, partner management, budget management, all aspects of compliance, team coordination and remote team work, supervision of team members, monitoring, evaluation and reporting. The preferred candidate will be fluent in written and spoken English, with a solid understanding of operational and digital security best practice in the region, or a demonstrated interest and capability for rapid learning. Fluency in Arabic is an asset. This position reports to a Senior Programme Manager.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

Manager-supervisor level experience, however experienced-non manager level might be considered depending on candidate profile.
