TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Regular travel to portfolio properties in locations such as Seattle, Georgia, and Idaho to oversee projects and maintain standards.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Proven track record in facilities or maintenance management, with extensive experience managing capital projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Yardi, CRM systems, Payscan, and Excel, with a strong understanding of budget variance analysis and maintenance-related software.
- Leadership: Ability to manage teams effectively, fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Problem-solving: Strategic thinker capable of addressing complex maintenance challenges with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional skills in liaising with vendors, adjustors, Property Managers, and owners.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities:
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the execution of value-add initiatives, streamline maintenance operations, and oversee capital projects across our portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring our properties operate at peak efficiency while achieving long-term asset goals. This position will:
Relieve existing operational burdens by directly supporting the Property Management and Asset Management teams.
Play a pivotal role in acquisitions and dispositions by conducting due diligence walks, assessing physical assets, and contributing to strategic decisions.
Enhance vendor relationships, improve cost efficiencies, and ensure consistent project execution standards.
