About the Role
As a Project Manager, Modelling Reporting & Analytics in our Team, you’ll play a key role in helping to ensure connectivity across the other workstreams and the respective Divisions, management of critical interdependencies and interaction points, as well as oversight of risks and issues.

What will your day look like?

The Project Manager, Modelling Reporting & Analytics is critical to making this happen and will:

  • Develop and drive a regular operating rhythm for productivity and transformation initiatives
  • Ensure project management methods and rigour are applied by the workstreams and that documentary standards are adhered to
  • Develop/comply with the processes to ensure that each output meets the required standards and that the work that the workstreams perform contributes to the program and Risk objectives
  • Ensure benefits are well articulated, owned/realised by receiving functions and hold initiative delivery owners accountable for quality, scope and timelines
  • Monitor and measure work delivered across the program against plans and budgets, taking mitigating action as required to remain within budget
  • Track performance & value realisation from the investments ensuring alignment
  • Engage stakeholders effectively in the activities of the team, including providing regular communications
  • Drive insight on program performance
  • Ensure clarity and alignment of priorities across the program including communicating progress to key stakeholders
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships across the workstreams, Workstream Sponsor and business stakeholders etc
  • Actively manage senior stakeholders across Risk to ensure alignment of program delivery with business and regulatory goals, driving a transparent and ‘no surprises’ culture and communication framework
  • Communicate frequently with key stakeholders on reporting cadence and requirements

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Extensive project management experience
  • Domain Knowledge required preferably from a banking background including business change experience
  • Proven ability in supporting programs of work within a complex environment, with a strong understanding of the drivers of success in program delivery
  • Demonstrated experience in productivity / transformation programs and delivery
  • Demonstrated experience in working closely with varied levels of stakeholders internally
  • Deep analytical thinking and the ability to decipher imperfect information to cut through ambiguity
  • Effective communication channels to resolve issues and remove barriers to success
  • Strong commercial acumen and understand the complex regulatory and multi-geography environment risk is operating in
