POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Project Manager at Mursun, you will be instrumental in overseeing the development and execution of our projects. You must work with all project stakeholders including authorities, our technical teams, clients, suppliers, contractors, consultants, financial institutions, legal counsel, insurance, etc. Your role will ensure that project milestones are met within the agreed time frame and budget, aligning with our company’s strategic objectives and sustainability commitments.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• A minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is preferred.
• Familiar with clean energy technology development, have a good network in the energy industry and understand the regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within energy-related or chemical-related engineering projects.
• Demonstrable leadership capabilities, responsibility and the ability to motivate and manage project teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to present and explain complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Language ability: Very proficient in English. Ability to communicate verbally in Chinese is preferred.

• Strategic Planning: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the project’s objectives, being able to visualize the larger picture, and synthesize information to determine the most effective path forward. Develop and implement comprehensive project pathway that is aligned with the goals of the project.
• Project Execution: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Oversee the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other documentation related to the project activities
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and liaise with all project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.
