JOB DESCRIPTION
The sandwich panel Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of projects involving the design, procurement, installation, and delivery of sandwich panel systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge of sandwich panel systems, project management expertise, and leadership abilities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all project phases are completed on schedule.
- Oversee the design, fabrication, and installation of sandwich panel systems.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to define project scope, specifications, and requirements.
- Ensure proper project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and change orders, is maintained.
- Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and aligned with financial objectives.
- Monitor and report on project expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures when necessary.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the sandwich panels meet all required standards for quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct quality checks and audits during different phases of the project to ensure adherence to specifications.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in sandwich panel systems or related construction materials.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sandwich panel materials, insulation, and installation processes.
