REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in a project management role
- Experience with software implementation
- Team player willing to collaborate to get the job done
- Ability to manage multiple projects with an eye for efficiency and priority
- Superb oral and written communication skills
- Highly Energetic personality with a flexible attitude toward critical tasks
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Experience with Agile software development is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Act as ambassador for Neostella and the Project team, maintaining professionalism and transparency through the project lifecycle to build client relationships and maintain trust
- Create Task Lists, Project Plans, and Schedules
- Proactively supervise and implement the project plan to ensure the project stays on schedule and on budget
- Facilitate meetings including reverse demos, project handoffs between teams, and client status updates
- Monitor project budget and project scope using problem solving skills to take corrective actions when necessary
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to create project documentation and perform Quality Assurance
- Provide weekly status reports to clients
