REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in a project management role
  • Experience with software implementation
  • Team player willing to collaborate to get the job done
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with an eye for efficiency and priority
  • Superb oral and written communication skills
  • Highly Energetic personality with a flexible attitude toward critical tasks
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • Experience with Agile software development is a plus!

Responsibilities:

  • Act as ambassador for Neostella and the Project team, maintaining professionalism and transparency through the project lifecycle to build client relationships and maintain trust
  • Create Task Lists, Project Plans, and Schedules
  • Proactively supervise and implement the project plan to ensure the project stays on schedule and on budget
  • Facilitate meetings including reverse demos, project handoffs between teams, and client status updates
  • Monitor project budget and project scope using problem solving skills to take corrective actions when necessary
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to create project documentation and perform Quality Assurance
  • Provide weekly status reports to clients
