Responsibilities:
Project Administration: Use your proficiency in Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace to coordinate effectively with team members and ensure project deadlines are met. Manage project timelines and deliverables with strong organizational skills.
Content Professionalization: Collaborate with team members to create and refine content across the organization.
Design Application: Utilize tools such as Canva to contribute to branding efforts, including business cards and marketing materials.
Website Management: Maintain a professional online presence, including content optimization and updates.
Marketing Initiatives: Support the creation, management, and refinement of marketing activities.
Administrative Support: Handle calendar invites, meeting minutes, and various ad-hoc administrative tasks.
