Description:

NHS Professionals are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at St Pancras Hospital in Camden. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This project is linked to the staff consolidation of two teams within the trust that are merging. The Project Manager will play a key role in coordinating project teams, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders.
The post-holder will use project management methodology and be responsible for liaising with a range of service leads (both clinical and non-clinical), staff, service users and external stakeholders, in order to ensure full engagement with the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify project resources required for full implementation of individual elements of the project;
  • Develop project plans and milestones and ensure that these are managed within agreed timescales;
  • Ensure that required documentation is professionally produced to deadlines and appropriate project controls are in place and effectively used throughout the life cycle of the project.
  • Ensure that benefit realisation ideas are included in any reconfiguration projects and to ensure these changes are captured centrally.
  • Update the risk register and issues log and to keep project members and the Project Board fully informed of changes.

Experience:
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Experience in requirements gathering and analysis
- Proficiency in project management software tools such as Visio
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, SAFe)
- Knowledge of collaboration tools like SharePoint, Confluence
- Experience with content management systems.
