Responsibilities:

Reporting to a Managed Service Delivery Portfolio Manager, the Project Manager will primarily be responsible for the management and operational performance of the Node4 Projects under their governance and orchestration. Ensuring that service levels and KPIs are achieved, and that the customer experience delivered is of an industry leading standard. The Project Manager is tasked with ensuring the successful planning, management and delivery of both customer-facing and internal Node4 projects that are delivered on time, to budget and completed to the high-quality standards associated with our organisation and in accordance with the ‘Exceptional Service as a Standard’ (ESaaS) ethos adopted.
The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring their Project Team are meeting, and where possible exceeding, expectations with regards to performance, achieving defined metrics/benchmarks, and that processes and documentation standards are being fully followed and achieved, whilst putting the customer experience at the heart of what we do. The individual will work closely with other Practice Leaders and Engineers to promote a ‘One-Team’ approach, and synergy across the ecosystem ensuring deliverables and expectations are met.
As required, they will also be required to contribute to the strategic planning and budgeting activities of the wider Project Management Office.
The Project Manager will be a positive, energetic, self-starting and inspirational leader who enjoys mentoring, can execute strong management capabilities where required, understands the importance of Governance, and leads by example.
