Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all activities within the retail construction project are completed on time, within budget, with 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Review and estimate projects from drawings and scope documents to determine time frame, budget, onsite requirements, procedures, field staffing requirements, and alignment of resources.
  • Manage all aspects of awarded projects, including day-to-day operational and financial aspects which include project budget, scope, client interactions, and expectations.
  • Be the key player in the proactive management of project communications
  • Work closely with the on-site Field Superintendents to plan and direct activities while facilitating any change management needed to ensure that all goals and objectives within the scope of work are accomplished.
  • As the master relationship builder, use your abilities to influence and hold accountable, all team members in order to deliver exceptional outcomes
