YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Define project objectives & scope in consultation with internal and external stakeholders
• Liaising with our partner for all relevant approvals (landlord, regulator & neighbours)
• Prepare detailed project plans to ensure alignment of all stakeholders
• Source best overall value for our partner for cost and quality
• Manage the projects end to end ensuring all scope items have been delivered as per partner expectations
• Ensure all work carried out is in accordance with our safety expectations
• Track report and provide regular updates to key stakeholders

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE:

• Prior proven experience in project management of building or landscape renovations to live sites limiting disruption to trade - Essential
• Proven ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing – Essential
• Intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy in MS Office – Essential
• Project management experience in education/early learning – Ideal but not necessary
• Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
• Currently have or be willing to obtain 3 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.
