Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Min 5 years’ of IT Application PM experience and possess Certified Scrum Master certification
  • Relevant experience in Vendor and Contract Management, Change Management/Service Request Management, Problem/Incident Management and project operations will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in supporting Salesforce, SaaS, CRM will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in Agile methodology will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in AWS, APEX coding and DevOps will be an advantage.
  • Recent exposure in managing project budget, timeline as well as scope will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in supporting applications operations will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, good writing skills and analytic skillsets
  • Relevant CRM domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Relevant experience in supporting Government Projects is a plus
  • Exposure in managing project budget, timeline as well as scope.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Developing project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Resource Management: Allocating resources, including personnel, time, and budget, to ensure project success.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact project timelines and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and progress.
  • Quality Management: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Tracking project progress, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Estimating project costs, creating a budget, and allocating resources effectively to ensure project success within the allocated budget.
  • Documentation Management: Maintaining accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
