Description:

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

The OT Project Manager will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation of the manufacturing processes and systems in OE and MRO. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the OT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and successful completion of OT projects in areas such as automation, digitization and visual management. The first priority project for the OT Project Manager to lead will be Paperless Traveler.

Paperless Traveler:

  • Working closely with the cross functional team, lead the Paperless Traveler project to successful completion.

Project Planning & Execution:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables & success criteria.
  • Develop detailed project plans including resource allocation, timelines & budget estimates.
  • Coordinate project activities, monitor progress &proactively identify & mitigate risks.
  • Allocate resources to ensure the availability of the right personnel and necessary equipment for project execution.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (IT, CI, Operations, etc.) to define requirements &ensure seamless integration.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to promote effective communication & collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks & issues related to project delivery and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

  • Regularly assess project risks, monitor mitigation efforts and implement contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations & cybersecurity protocols.

Project Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate project documentation including project charters, 6-packs, flash reports & meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and execute project communication plans to provide regular status reports including project milestone updates, risks/roadblocks and KPIs to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and to identify opportunities for improvement.
