Responsibilities:
THIS ROLE WILL FOCUS ON:
We are seeking an independent, self-starter to lead projects within our Operations team on-site in Ringsted. As a Project Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with the Operations Team, reporting to the Head of Engineering. You’ll play a key role in our global organization.
Responsibilities:
- Establish projects that support business growth.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely execution.
- Manage internal and external projects, including suppliers and contract manufacturers.
- Coordinate resources for project planning and execution.
- Proactively address obstacles and manage issue escalations.
- Enhance project management processes and tools.
- Provide timely status reports, manage costs, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the NPI team for smooth manufacturing introductions.
- Document new processes as needed.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Solid project management experience.
- Experience from Manufacturing Operations, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a technical discipline).
- Prior experience establishing assembly processes.
- Successful implementation of Lean Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Planner, and Teams.
- Experience with ERP and QMS.
- Fluent in Danish and English (speaking and writing).
