JOB SUMMARY:

AbbVie is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and manage key projects within our Research & Development, Commercial Operations. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving project success by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of project management experience, ideally within the retail or beauty industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and personnel, including working with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings to track progress, review milestones, and resolve any challenges.
  • Ensure projects adhere to company standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Manage project budgets and track expenditures to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Evaluate project performance, capturing lessons learned and driving continuous improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging teamwork and innovation.
