• Proven experience in project management, ideally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using ClickUp (or similar project management tools) to create detailed project tickets with clear instructions and acceptance criteria.
• The ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing both internal and external projects, ensuring effective communication, clear documentation, and seamless execution at every stage. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll coordinate across teams and with external clients to achieve successful project outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment between internal teams and external clients.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparency and clarity by communicating effectively with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Documentation: Write and maintain high-quality tickets in our project management tool, ClickUp, including clear descriptions, acceptance criteria, and deadlines.
• Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and regular status updates to keep projects on track.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues to maintain smooth project progression.
