Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product Marketing to scope new packaging projects
- Provide input on new project scope, timing, and feasibility to Creative Leadership and Resource Planning
- Develop and drive the detailed project schedule within Smartsheets and manage status communication
- Translates briefs into an actionable project plan outlining all next steps, resourcing needs, and interdependencies
- Identifies potential risks and manages mitigation plans and escalation
- Accountable for program transparency across marketing and broader packaging team, providing continuous progress updates on plans and risks
- Work cross-functionally to adapt new Global requirements and third-party updates and make sure consistently applied
- Actively optimizes process and ways of working through process improvement initiatives
- Continuously work with cross functional partners to train them on processes and updates
