Project Manager - Pega

Infosys is seeking a Pega. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications :

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga/Toronto, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification :

• Alteast 5 years of experience in managing Boomi projects
• Experience taking end-to-end bottom line responsibility for a Project right from proposal to project completion; build the project team, schedule assignments, monitor, review, and report project status
• Experience in managing project risks
• Experience in ensuring successful delivery and implementation
• Experience in taking complete ownership of people and their performance management in the project
• Experience in participating / leading the proposal preparation, designing the solution keeping organizational imperatives, preparing & reviewing the estimations, capturing the inputs from stakeholders, liaisoning for required approvals and taking the bottom line for response delivery
• Experience in creating a Risk Management Plan clearly identifying the risks and mitigation plan and base line the same with all stake holders
• Experience in documenting and sharing team learnings from the project, seek information and leverage knowledge from other projects
