We are looking for a Project Manager - People Development to join our GF_Human Resources + Payroll team. This role can be based anywhere in Europe.

Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Global Employee Wellbeing Initiatives: Take charge of our global employee wellbeing program, crafting an inspiring agenda that merges internal insights with external trends. Drive the delivery of all global initiatives under the Sulzer in Motion banner, focusing on engaging employee communications, developing compelling promotional materials, collaborating with top-tier external suppliers, and providing insightful reporting and benchmarking.
- Enhance Learning Experience Platforms: Act as the dynamic liaison between IT and learning providers, expertly managing the configuration of the Sulzer Learning Pathways. Your mission will include continuously improving platform functionality and analysing performance metrics to drive meaningful enhancements.
- Drive Innovative Content Management: Oversee the management of Easygenerator by reviewing platform updates, offering training to new curators, and ensuring comprehensive content governance and approval processes. Your creativity will be pivotal in shaping an exceptional learning experience!
- Champion HR Projects Across the CoE Scope: Immerse yourself in exciting ongoing projects that are revolutionising our HR landscape, from the global onboarding journey to top employer initiatives and performance management strategies.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- At least 5 years of experience in designing and facilitating impactful training programs on a global scale.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and learning experience platforms that inspire and engage learners.
- Exceptional communication skills that enable you to influence and persuade across diverse functions and geographies.
- A talent for synthesising complex information, seeing the big picture, and meticulously managing details.
- A collaborative spirit paired with strong people skills and a solution-oriented mindset to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record of efficiently delivering a diverse range of projects while maintaining high energy and flexibility.
- Strong organisational abilities, along with advanced analytical, evaluative, and critical thinking skills.
