Description:
CBC have an exciting full-time opportunity available for a Project Manager to join the growing QLD team, based in Brisbane. This position that will involve supporting a mix of client sites across Brisbane and Central Queensland. There will be a requirement to travel, when needed.
The role will report into CBC’s state Construction Manager, in Brisbane and is supported by an experienced team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Blue Card or willing to obtain)
- Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- White Card
- Full Australian Driver’s Licence
- First Aid Certificate (desirable)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery of efficient and cost-effective build and refurbishment projects, across a mix of key clients
- Manage the HSE program and provide annual HSE inspections for clients
- Work with building management, supervisors, and contractors to resolve issues in a timely, respectful, collaborative, and professional manner
- Prepare, manage, and update budgets in conjunction with the client and other team members
- Responsible for the project management schedules and risk management procedures/compliance, asset management and other agreed premises management initiatives
- Preparation of a consolidated monthly report including client requests, key issues, project status and project pipeline; and
- Assisting with financial planning, asset management, WHS and continuous improvement of all build related project management
