Description:
Integris is searching for a permanent, full-time Project Manager. This role will work out of our Corporate Office in Prince George, or for the ideal candidate, we would consider a hybrid or remote role within our operating region.
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination and implementation of projects within Integris, with a focus on change management. The Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while also managing and mitigating the impact of change on the organization.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in change management strategies.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and threats to the success of assigned project.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
- Experience in the credit union system is an asset.
- Equivalent qualifications and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Establish clear project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines to guide project execution.
- Lead project teams through the execution phase, ensuring that project activities align with the plan.
- Manage change effectively to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.
- Create and refine project management policies, procedures, and templates to ensure consistent project execution across the organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure that all parties are informed and aligned on project goals, progress, and any changes.
- Monitor project milestones, track progress against timelines, and manage resources effectively to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
