The role of a Pharmaceutical Development Project Manager at NextPharma Group involves project management for customer projects in early- or late-stage development, technology screening, clinical supply, or commercial readiness. Key responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating portfolio execution, aligning internal resources, maintaining project knowledge, and implementing risk management. The role may be dedicated or shared across projects and sites. Most of the time is spent in the location, where work is executed. Responsibilities:

  • Lead Project Execution:
  • After deal closure, take charge of project execution
  • Motivate multi-disciplinary project teams
  • Hold team members accountable for delivering results
  • Ensure adherence to an agreed project governance structure
  • Aim for customer satisfaction throughout the project’s lifecycle
  • Single Point of Contact:
  • Act as the primary liaison with the customer
  • Ensure that each project milestone aligns with agreed objectives
  • Project Management Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budget
  • Collaborate closely with the core project team
  • Propose and communicate scope changes to the customer (in collaboration with Business Development)
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Work with the Global PM Director to establish relevant KPIs
  • Monitor project progress and share best practices in Project Management
  • Promote consistent use of PM Standard Work across all projects
