Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?

The Project Manager at Pharmacy2U will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of IT and transformation projects within the product team. Reporting to the Programme Lead and collaborating closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and the IT Delivery Manager, this role focuses on implementing Agile methodologies to achieve efficient and effective project execution. The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the delivery of projects, including the design, planning and implementation
Identification and business case creation for any additional resource requirements such as tools and frameworks to support project delivery
Co-ordinate with Operations and Development teams to ensure a timely and efficient delivery of project milestones
Develop milestone timeline to track and ensure deliverables are achieved
Liaise with the external and internal teams to ensure relevant areas are aligned and key activities progressed
Identify any risks/challenges with projects and suggest counter measures to mitigate
Support the communication and buy in to projects, working to create cross stakeholder alignment
Track progress and support the compilation of report and updates
Ensuring a clear and coherent implementation plan is agreed with all stakeholders
Feed into the reporting and representation of key Transformation activities with all steering mechanisms in the business, such as the Exec Management group
