Reporting directly to the Director Supply Chain Planning & Integration – Frozen and cross functionally the plant managers. The IC Project Manager will provide leadership to drive step-change improvement across the category on initiative execution, cost management, commercialization, innovation execution, and S&OP effectiveness. In this role, the IC Project Manager will be the integrator for the business to ensure effective initiative execution for Operations, I&PD, S&OP, Sales and Marketing for the category.
This leader will be responsible for the implementation of selected PRIME innovation projects (including Cost-out and supplier qualification) and to ensure flawless product industrialization transitions. In respect of the New Product Introduction process (NPI) and Discontinuation process (DISCO), this person ensures the integration with the different key stakeholders involved.
Responsibilities:
- Critical to this effort are the leadership skills for collaboration, project management, and establishing related effective management practices/processes/KPIs ;
- Key duties will include tracking projects progress and liaising with the business;
- Drive improvement in our initiative management and COGS transformation processes to enable the delivery of the category and business objectives.
- Key integrator for commercialization, NPI, and product innovation initiatives (I&PD)
- Initiate Risk assessment with stakeholders for selected projects;
- Assisting I&PD in setting up trials (making sure there is supplies, time on the line, etc.) to ensure trials successful execution;
- In collaboration with Innovation and Product Development, coordinate the plant efforts to rationalize skus including materials and ingredients;
- Support Plant feasibility/capabilities assessment;
- Coordinate project teams and ensures projects meet their objectives by using a servant leadership approach;
- Communicate clearly with the different stakeholders, mobilize people and drive change management;
- Autonomous and able to develop own plan and priorities;
- May have to be involved in Operational & CAPEX projects deployment on site;
