We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager (PM), Offensive Security that plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of penetration testing service delivery and works independently with minimal supervision. As the PM you will serve as the client’s primary point of contact and guide each engagement in close collaboration with stakeholders. The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring all operational and business risks are addressed.

This is a remote position from anywhere in México.
YOUR KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- 2-3 years of cybersecurity experience
- 1-2 years of experience directly supporting to Offensive Security / Penetration Testing services
- Demonstrated ability to lead engagements with little to no guidance
- Strong attention to detail and superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with senior business leaders and clients in support of project delivery
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and lead teams in constantly evolving environments
- Ability to effectively communicate with a remote work team
- Advanced level of English, both verbal and written
- Authorized to work in Mexico
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field from a four-year university. Alternatively, one to two years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is also acceptable.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
Responsibilities:
- 75% of the PM’s time will be spent on tasks associated with project delivery
- 25% of the PM’s time will be spent on internal tasks such as, customer satisfaction (CSAT) tracking, internal stakeholder meetings, and other business initiatives
- Act as the primary point of contact, guiding each engagement in collaboration with the Sales Team, Operations, and Practice Leadership.
- Oversight of multiple projects, ensuring that all operational and business risks are effectively addressed.
- Tracks the full spectrum of client work from project inception to completion, including:
Identifying and documenting requirements
Scheduling resources
Tracking utilization and budget
Organizing kick-off and deliverable review meetings
Secure delivery of reports
Resolving issues
Managing project closeout
Document and refine project management related processes and procedures
