WHAT YOU’LL NEED

We’re looking for someone with strong project management skills and a keen eye for detail, who can handle multiple complex tasks. Ideally, you have experience in property development or construction and are familiar with project management software.

You’ll also need:

  • A degree or equivalent experience.
  • A proven record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high standards.
  • Strong understanding of the property development process, contract management, and housing market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset, with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
