DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF WORK TASK TO BE CARRIED OUT

This Request for Proposal (RFP) aims at identifying a partner to support in a pre-study and in the initial requirements gathering to implement High Risk Credit Processes in PEGA.
The required tasks are to drive a pre-study (including requirements, gaps, solution design, implementation timeline and high-level cost estimate) and to collect and document requirements. The expectation is that the activity will enable to initiate and start the IT development.
Clients expectation is that a team of 3 - 4 resources for a time period of 4 months is required for the work.

Project management
High Risk Credit processes
Corporate credit processes

THE REQUIRED SKILLS ARE:

Project management – to drive the activity
Requirements gathering – experience in collecting and documenting requirements
Credit processes, especially high risk credit processes – understanding of credit processes including the regulatory framework and industry trends
PEGA, process and data integration
Banking Experience
