Description:

Luminary Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Process Systems to join our client’s dynamic team. In this opportunity, you will focus on process systems in the field of precision oncology and radiopharmaceuticals ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations. You will be instrumental in managing all aspects of project delivery, from inception to completion, in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed engineering degree (pharmaceutical, chemical, process engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable degree).
  • Proven history of managing and executing complex pharmaceutical plant projects successfully.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Actively involved in all aspects of project management, ensuring practical and efficient execution.
  • Maintains a structured and organized approach to managing tasks, deadlines, and resources.
  • Quickly comprehends new concepts, adapts to change, and remains committed and flexible in dynamic environments.
  • Effectively leads project teams and coordinates with external service providers to achieve project goals.
  • Strong analytical skills enable quick identification and resolution of project challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee technical project management and coordination among all technical stakeholders, including internal departments and external partners.
  • Manage coordination of external service providers, cooperation partners, and installation measures with internal specialist departments and trade interfaces.
  • Facilitate process transfer to international partners and scale up existing processes while developing new ones in robust production systems.
  • Serve as a liaison between process development from R&D and know-how carriers, combining internal and external chemical process and technology expertise, ensuring compliance with GMP, radiation protection, and other relevant standards.
  • Develop and expand specialist knowledge related to the process, including working with radioactivity, and create necessary documentation such as SOPs, specifications, and training materials.
  • Plan and monitor project organization, including cost and schedule, update objectives, resolve conflicts, coordinate approvals, and manage contracts and claims.
