DESCRIPTION
- Are you ready to lead a high-impact Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project that will shape the future of energy? SPIE Global Services Energy is seeking an experienced and strategic Project Manager/Director to oversee a major project in Lagos, Nigeria, valued between €10M and €50M.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Project Manager/Director, you will be responsible for:
- Health & Safety: Prioritize the safety of all personnel, ensuring compliance with HSE goals and exceeding expectations where possible.
- Operational Excellence: Guarantee adherence to SPIE’s stringent quality assurance processes, maintaining the highest standards across all project phases.
- Team Leadership: Manage a skilled team of engineers and labor resources, ensuring optimal performance to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Progress Oversight: Provide regular updates on progress, problem areas, and potential risks, ensuring transparency and timely decision-making.
- Contract Management: Negotiate variations, claims, and ensure that contractual obligations are met, while proactively identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Risk Mitigation: Anticipate and mitigate project risks while uncovering new opportunities for success.
