Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Our Development team is essential in ensuring the continued delivery and expansion of new social and affordable housing. We are looking for a well experienced and motivated Project Manager who will be responsible for leading the delivery of a program of projects. You will be a central point of contact for assigned projects, working in partnership with key stakeholders to drive development, business growth, and deliver quality project outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a program of development projects aligned to the strategic objectives and the needs of our customers.
  • Coordinate project delivery through the development lifecycle in line with partnership and funding commitments working collaboratively with the delivery team.
  • Identify and assess new development opportunities aligned to the objectives of the program.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources associated with projects, ensuring all relevant documentation is completed.
  • Prepare and co-ordinate reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders including due diligence reports and regular project reports for committees and boards.
