DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Director, Network Services, manages, coordinates and provides leadership to a wide variety of projects for Affiliate Operations to support moderately complex administrative and operational support activities. This position will supervise projects and departmental activities to help align Heritage’s goals through the engagement of staff and physicians in support of the mission, vision and values, strategic plan and priorities. In addition, this position collaborates with other St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare managers to update on activities and collaborate on system-wide initiatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field. Or High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years relevant experience and appropriate certifications.
• Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
• 3 years Project management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification upon hire.
• Experience with procedures/policies/regulations in a specific functional area.
