Your Opportunity
As the Project Manager, Strategic Projects at QLeave, you will be at the forefront of leading critical initiatives that impact workers across various industries.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management and ICT, ready to take on complex and high-risk projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Project Management Plans: Create and execute detailed project management plans to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to scope. Maintain adherence to quality standards and risk management frameworks.

Governance Framework: Develop, implement, and maintain a robust governance framework for all project management activities at QLeave. Define and enforce governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency, transparency, and accountability across projects.

Lead and Guide Project Teams: Provide expert advice and leadership to project teams, ensuring effective application and interpretation of project management processes as an internal specialist consultant.

Drive Quality and Compliance: Oversee project delivery methods, ensuring alignment with best practices and QLeave’s ICT project frameworks.

Engage and Communicate with Stakeholders: Build and sustain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor and Report Performance: Track project performance by monitoring trends, budgets, and resource allocations. Provide detailed reports and presentations to facilitate informed decision-making.
