Due to significant growth., we currently have exciting openings for two Radiology Informatics Project Manager
– to join our remote based team and to cover the North of England, Midlands, South West of England, and Wales but with responsibility to cover other areas of UK&I.
Responsibilities:
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Gaining knowledge and familiarity with customers and their environments within the assigned geography (project leaders, influencers, IT policies and constraints, requirements for justification of changes, regulatory constraints, current operations and expected changes, HR environment, etc.)
- Understanding customer needs and Philips’ solutions implemented using accepted project methodologies such as PRINCE2.
- Improving customer satisfaction as Measured by the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Assisting in setting clear delivery expectations before Customer order signature (i.e. what exactly can the customer expect in the solution deployment, services, training, network support, application support, solution function, etc.) in close liaison with the EDI sales consultant and Account management Teams.
- Providing and delivering clear project documentation in line with PRINCE2 / SOLID project methodology.
- Managing the customer acceptance process and assisting with the EDI revenue recognition process by providing tracking and feedback as required.
- Providing project management and leading a Project Team so that these expectations are met or exceeded.
- Closing and handing over the project to the Incident Support Services team so that regular maintenance operations can take place inside the agreed SLA.
- Providing timely communications to the customer about project status.
- Providing timely communications to the Philips management team about project status.
- Ensuring Projects are managed through the Philips Project Management tools and MS Office applications.
- Ensuring that customers have sufficient information to enable them to deal with Philips in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Collecting Voice of Customer (VoC) input.
You are a part of the EDI (Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics) Professional Services Team. You will have the opportunity to support the solutions installations deployed throughout the UK & Ireland, providing applications consultation and workflow expertise to customers. You will report into the Radiology Informatics Delivery Manager.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED A CUSTOMER-FIRST ATTITUDE AND THE FOLLOWING
- Successful high-tech project management experience
- Strong team player who will act on behalf of Philips in EDI projects.
- Superb project management skills, including ability to multi-task, using accepted project methodologies such as PRINCE2.
- Demonstrated acumen for understanding IT products and network environments.
- Excellent oral and written English-language skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of the workflow within a radiology department would be a benefit.
- Experience of Hospital IT Projects, specifically RIS, PACS, VNA, Digital Pathology and Imaging Software would be an advantage
- Clear driving license and willingness to travel extensively (a must have)
