Description:
Role: Project Manager
Client: A global leader in real estate services
Essentials: Degree in Project Management, experience in managing construction projects from consultation to completion and in dealing with Clients, Design Teams & Contractors, AutoCAD experience
Location: Dublin office, with potential projects in varying locations subject to client and site requirements

As a Project Manager, you’ll be based in the Dublin office, with projects located in various locations depending on client and site requirements.
Key responsibilities include ensuring dedicated client focus, managing project documentation, establishing effective project governance, leading and managing projects with minimal input from the Project Director, advising clients on strategies, and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations. Additionally, you’ll be involved in business development, client pitches, and presentations.
