Tasks

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Coordinate with our product, marketing, and sales team, as well as external parties, to ensure project completion.
  • Track project performance and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

  • Understanding of wellbeing-focused building certifications (Well, Leed, etc.).
  • Experience working with architects and interior designers.
  • Wellness real estate knowledge.
  • ESG knowledge.
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of well-being methodologies (nutrition, physical activity, stress management, mental health, etc.), passion for health, wellness, and real estate.
  • Excellent team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
