Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join us in Raleigh. You will work closely with a senior mentor to gain technical knowledge and experience in your field. The Project Manager (PM) role is a crucial role within an organization responsible for guiding the development, strategy, and lifecycle management of a given project. The PM works with cross-functional teams to ensure the projects success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and influence change at all levels of the project
  • Practice Agile Project management in software development
  • Participate in delivering multiple software products to production using Agile methodologies
  • Work and gain experience with Jira and other technologies
  • Chance to work with rapidly changing environments and work with remote and distributed teams
  • Collect and document input from Red Hat technology users, customers, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and requirements
  • Network with other talented interns in an inclusive and diverse workplace where you can be yourself and thrive

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines and analyze data to foster data-driven decisions
  • Basic knowledge and willingness to learn Google Workspace, Jira, Slack
  • Desire to improve and streamline processes
  • Passion, curiosity, and desire to create new things and examine how things work internally
  • Willingness to learn and proactively work as a part of a wider team

The salary range for this position is $66,820.00 - $106,960.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
