Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a Project Manager, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of a diverse portfolio of renewable energy projects, from residential installations to large-scale commercial ventures and maintenance services. This dynamic role demands a hands-on approach and a proactive attitude. Reporting to the Operations Manager and collaborating with a team of Project Managers and installation experts, you’ll thrive in a team environment while driving personal growth and achieving excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate Internal and Third-Party Resources: Ensure the flawless execution of projects by effectively managing internal resources and third-party contractors.
  • Ensure Timely and Budget-Conscious Delivery: Deliver all projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop Project Scopes and Objectives: Involve all relevant stakeholders in defining project scopes and objectives.
  • Ensure Resource Availability and Allocation: Manage the availability and allocation of resources throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop Detailed Project Plans: Create and maintain detailed project plans to track progress effectively.
  • Use Verification Techniques for Change Management: Apply appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure Project Performance: Use suitable systems, tools, and techniques to evaluate project performance.
  • Report and Escalate to Management: Provide necessary reports and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Manage Client and Stakeholder Relationships: Maintain and manage relationships with clients and all project stakeholders.
  • Perform Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize potential issues.
  • Establish and Maintain Third-Party Relationships: Build and sustain relationships with third parties involved in the project.
  • Create and Maintain Project Documentation: Develop and keep comprehensive project documentation.
  • Contribute to New Business Development: Assist in assessing and advancing new business leads and development opportunities.
