Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in the CPG. This role is located in Chatsworth, California and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing operations and experiences team, managing digital assets, and coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Streamline marketing team functions through efficient project process and workflows
• Manage the delivery and approval of all assets for online campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Maintain up-to-date records of product launches and digital assets across top eCommerce retailers
• Build trafficking sheets to manage digital assets from various sources and communicate any project hurdles internally
• Allocate resources effectively throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any resource issues promptly
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
• Manage incoming creative requests and assign them to a team of designers for the development and execution of media campaigns
• Support the activation of integrations on the Direct-to-Consumer site across brands
• Create decks and creative materials for internal and external teams, including partnership and activation recaps for reports
• Oversee additional projects and research tasks as assigned.CPG
• Possess strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful completion of projects.
• Experience in paid media and understanding of its role in the broader marketing mix.
• Proficiency in paid media analytics and ability to interpret data to drive strategy.
• Experience in paid social media campaigns and platforms.
• Ability to effectively lead and manage a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in the CPG industry.
