Description:
Robert Half is hiring a Project Manager to work with a real estate company. This role is 100% on-site in downtown Miami.
Responsibilities:
- Leading various construction projects including roof replacement, hallway carpeting renovation, clubroom flooring, and sidewalk pavement replacement.
- Communicating effectively with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of projects.
- Implementing project management principles to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Managing relationships with vendors and other external parties involved in the construction process.
- Providing excellent customer service to residents of the condominium complex, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
- Utilizing facilities management skills to ensure the proper maintenance and improvement of the building.
- Employing strong organizational skills to schedule meetings, take minutes, and keep detailed records of each project.
- Utilizing bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse groups, although this is not a requirement as all plans are in English.
- Managing litigation items as they arise throughout the project, ensuring they are handled in a timely and effective manner.
- Overseeing the budget process for each project, ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy.
- Proficient in Budget Processes, including planning, tracking, and forecasting
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders
- Strong Customer Service skills to understand and meet client needs
- Experience in the Construction industry, understanding its standards, methodologies, and challenges
- Solid Project Management skills, with a track record of leading projects to successful completion
- Ability to manage Vendors, including contract negotiation and relationship building
- Knowledge in Facilities Management, ensuring the optimal utilization of resources.
