Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team based in Richmond, Virginia. This role offers a contract-to-hire employment opportunity. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with various teams to ensure optimal use of platforms, overseeing company processes, and communicating with stakeholders to meet set goals.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient utilization of platforms
• Oversee company intranet to ensure efficient design, layout, and processes
• Utilize knowledge of mobile design and best practices
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to determine and meet goals
• Participate in special projects, system improvements or ad hoc analyses as assigned
• Utilize SharePoint and Google Analytics
• Exercise good judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
• Assess process and internal control weaknesses and identify improvements
• Prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced challenging environment
• Maintain strong ethical standards and anticipate needs and pre-plan work.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Microsoft SharePoint
• Experience with Cloud Technologies, including implementation and management
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Familiarity with Database management and related software
• Proficiency in About Time software for project and workforce management
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in project management
• Understanding of budget processes and financial management in project contexts
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team coordination and client interaction
