Robert Half is recruiting an experienced contract project manager for a London-based SaaS organisation. This is an initial 3-6- month contract with the potential for extension.

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables for SaaS implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Engage and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, product, operations, and compliance, as well as external SaaS vendors to align on project goals and expectations.
• Collaborate with governance, risk, and compliance teams to ensure the project adheres to regulatory and industry standards. Identify and mitigate project risks, with a strong focus on compliance and security considerations.
• Oversee resource allocation and work with internal teams to ensure successful and timely completion of project phases.
• Communication and Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership. Facilitate project meetings and provide transparent, proactive updates on risks, issues, and changes.
• Track project expenditures, optimize budget use, and provide financial reporting to relevant stakeholders.
• Establish quality checkpoints throughout the project life cycle and work closely with QA teams to ensure the implementation meets business requirements
