Summary
In the area of “Change and Configuration Management” we are looking for a “Project Manager S/4 HANA PLM Business (f/m/d)” at the Ulm location as soon as possible.
The department ensures that the CM processes are applied effectively in the project and on the product, taking into account the contractual requirements, and that the project-relevant CM tasks are completed efficiently.
This ensures that the project and product goals are achieved within the performance, time and cost framework with low risk.

Your Tasks

• Representation of all aspects of business requirements within the S/4 HANA project
• Performing technical management and all project management activities in coordination with the IM project manager and the external service provider
• Coordination of all project tasks of the PLM workstreams involved
• Ensuring systematic project planning and the fulfillment of project goals in terms of deadlines, costs and quality
• Defining priorities and project deliverables and assessing scope, effort and risks
• Resource planning and coordination of the capacities used with the specialist departments involved
• Evaluating the requirements of the S/4 HANA PLM workstreams
• Ensuring the acceptance of processes and tools and their use in the company
• Is responsible for regular reporting to our project sponsors and the implementation of the resulting measures

Willingness for occasional business trips is required.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics or a comparable field
• Many years of experience in project management and sound methodological knowledge
• In-depth experience in SAP PLM (Product Life Cycle Management)
• Extensive experience in the technical management of interdisciplinary project teams
• Experience in SAP transformation projects, ideally with knowledge of the conversion to S/4HANA
• Extensive knowledge of development and design advantageous
• An independent, results-oriented and structured way of working
• High degree of flexibility
• Fluent German and very good English skills
