Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring that all Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations align with business goals and deliver value. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, Salesforce knowledge, and excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders, teams, and deliverables effectively.

• Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

o PMP, PRINCE2, or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Consultant) are highly preferred.

• Experience:

o Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects and at least 2 years of experience managing Salesforce implementations.
o Proven track record in managing the full project lifecycle from inception to deployment, particularly with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing
Cloud projects.

o Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Skills:

o Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and how they can be applied to meet business needs.
o Excellent project management skills including planning, risk management, and change management.
o Strong leadership and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
o Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams, and communicate complex technical details in an understandable manner to stakeholders.
o Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience in leading Salesforce integrations with third-party platforms and applications.
• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, Lightning components, and data integration tools.
• Prior experience with managing remote and distributed teams.
