Description:
YOU WILL
- Lead and Manage Projects in SAP-HCM and make successful decisions or prepare decision-making process based on existing methods and tools.
- Develop project scopes, including timeline and financials and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Measure project performance by using metric systems, tools, and techniques. Set up and lead project teams and delegate tasks to successful implementation.
- Finish projects with proper documentation and handover of project results.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP HCM functionality, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Provide guidance on best practices for SAP HCM implementation, including organizational management, personnel administration, time management, and payroll.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments in SAP HCM, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business processes
