HARD-SKILLS EXPERIENCE:

  • Work Experience: 8+ years of project management.
  • Managed team size: Experience managing 3+ scrum teams and distributed teams.
  • Methodology: Experience with 3+ projects running in Agile methodology.
  • Customer-facing projects experience.
  • Knowledge in cloud practices relevant to project management (e.g., delivery mechanism, CI/CD).
  • Seasoned in realistic estimation of projects and boundary setting for successful project setup.
  • Excellent workshop setup and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.

SOFT-SKILLS EXPERIENCE:

  • Working Style:
  • Self-starter, highly self-motivated, well-organized, self-driven, and independent.
  • Plans ahead of the team and timeline.
